Senior Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid) - Direct Hire at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio

Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid position in its downtown Cleveland office. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support the firm's litigation group with all phases of the litigation process. The working hours of this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Drafting legal documents including pleadings and discovery documents;


• E-filing pleadings and documents in state and federal court;


• Assisting with discovery including doc review utilizing eDiscovery software;


• Assisting with depositions; mediations; arbitrations; and trial;


• Monitoring key deadlines and keeping attorneys apprised of same;


• Managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously;


• And more!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of ligation experience in a law firm setting;


• E-filing experience;


• Prior use of Relativity or Trial Director software is a major plus!
