Responsibilities:
Perform Validation/Verification of Technical Manuals for the Abrams, Stryker, SMET, SHORAD, and/or Booker series.
Organize and conduct Validation/Verification of operator, maintenance, and troubleshooting technical publications for tracked and wheeled vehicles.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and download software on Abrams, Wolverine, Buffalo, and Stryker vehicles.
Conduct diagnostics and system troubleshooting of vehicles and components.
Support Government Verifications and Logistics Demonstrations at company and government facilities.
Serve as a liaison between GDLS and government representatives to resolve technical and administrative issues.
Analyze engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications to identify hardware configuration requirements and diagnose system faults.
Use Microsoft Office and Adobe to maintain departmental forms and records in line with ISO standards.
Qualifications:
Must obtain security clearance.
Military experience in tracked and/or wheeled vehicle operation or maintenance is highly desirable.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle systems (Abrams, Wolverine, FOX, and Stryker series).
Ability to meet ASR Guidelines for working in enclosed vehicles.
Physically capable of working on/in tracked and wheeled vehicles.
Occasional travel and extended workdays may be required for program support.
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
