Job Description:

Our client, a well-established Denver law firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. At least 4-5 years of experience providing HR support is required. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, benefits administration, compliance, and employee recruitment and retention.



Responsibilities Include:



  • Personnel records management.

  • Workforce planning and recruitment.

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding.

  • Overseeing policies and compliance.

  • Updating firm administrative handbook.

  • Benefits administration.

  • Performance evaluations.

  • Assisting with payroll.




Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 4-5 years of progressively responsible HR work experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent experience.

  • HRCI or SHRM HR Certification is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.

  • Applicants must CURRENTLY reside in the Denver metropolitan area.



Offering a salary of $100,000 - $120,000 (D.O.E.) and comprehensive benefits package.
