We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the team in our New York office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. Due to the nature of this role, this position is considered 100% on-site which means it must be consistently performed at an assigned CohnReznick office location and require daily commute to the office location.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Calendar and schedule management
Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communication
The ability to use sound judgment in screening and responding to inquiries, prioritizing calls that need immediate attention, and triaging/resolving as appropriate
Workspace reservation system management and reporting
Security system monitoring and reporting
Assist with daily time entry as requested
Maintain a high level of executive support skills including excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills
Provide general administrative support for a wide range of activities and projects undertaken on an as-needed basis by the practice group including meeting/room/AV scheduling, arranging of meal service, correspondence, agenda and minutes management, and tracking and ensuring follow-up on all relevant active issues
Support the local office with billing functions
Support local Partners and their teams with specific administrative assignments
Compose, prepare and distribute written materials using sound judgment including correspondence, memos/letters, agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Develop and maintain excel spreadsheets of varying complexity
Establish effective working relationships with all colleagues at CohnReznick and other internal/external entities and maintains effective working relationships with leadership, administration, staff and departments
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required/request
Work collaboratively to provide overflow and backup support for other team members
Arrange in-house trainings, book conference rooms, coordinate attendees, and arrange meal service;
Provides staffing outside of normal business hours as needed for special projects, supervision of vendor work, security needs, busy season coverage, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned

In New York, the salary range for a Administrative Assistant is $45,000 to $71,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
