Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a M365 Systems Admin


Location: Onsite in Irving, TX, Henderson, NV, or Irvine, CA (5 days/week)




Role Focus: Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, with Exchange administration as a plus.




Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain O365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.


Perform day-to-day activities within M365 tenant, including user provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, roles, and permissions.


Administer and maintain Exchange Online, including mailbox policies, mail flow rules, and email security measures.


Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams templates.


Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services.


Manage and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms.


Collaborate with cloud, application, and network administrators.


Create technical documentation for implementations, break-fix solutions, and end-user guides.



Preferred:


Experience with On-prem Active Directory.


Analyze and monitor outages, trends, and global issues with Microsoft stack applications.


Understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).


Utilize PowerShell scripting and APIs for automation.


Support and contribute to Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).


Experience with M365 Defender and Microsoft Purview.



Required:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.


5+ years of experience as an M365 Systems Administrator or equivalent.


In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, O365.


Experience with Azure, Intune, and M365.
