DNA Diagnostics Center is the world leader in DNA relationship testing, processing over one million DNA samples from customers all over the world. Our broad portfolio of products includes our Paternity, Immigration, and other DNA Relationship services for consumers, government agencies, healthcare providers, and legal professionals; PeekabooTM Early Gender DNA Test for expecting mothers; SpermCheck fertility and vasectomy test; and Pets & Vets DNA testing for breeders and pet enthusiasts. Our corporate headquarters, including our DNA testing laboratory, is based in Fairfield, OH in the greater Cincinnati Area. A successful Assembler is driven to meeting goals and deadlines by fulfilling customer orders in a timely and consistent manner. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must for this role.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembles components of diagnostic testing kits to company specifications and customer expectations in a manner consistent with the company's quality and productivity standards.


• Inspects all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.


• Ensures all parts are assembled per specification.


• Perform in-process quality checks on finished products.


• Support all efforts and procedures to maintain optimal working conditions.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with all related SOPs.


• Materials handling for processing and packaging.


• Ensure production areas are clean and organized.


• Continually work to achieve assigned production goals.


• Prevent mix-up of products, materials, labels, and other components.


• Maintain daily product logbooks as directed.


• Ensure and maintain compliance with the Company's quality system requirements through training and adherence to policies, procedures and processes.


• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Minimum one yearprevious assembly/packaging experience preferred.


• Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment a plus.


• Excellent hand-eye coordination needed.


• Manual dexterity to assemble diagnostic kits repeatedly.


• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
