Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent


Location: Dallas, TX


Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 base salary

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in DISD projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires flexibility, including the ability to work night shifts as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for DISD projects.


• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and materials.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.


• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.


• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.


• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.


• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.


• Proven experience with DISD projects is highly preferred.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to work night shifts if necessary


• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
