Construction Manager: Responsible for all aspects of projects. Review designs and construction drawings. Determine key variables for cost and other estimates. Gather, first-hand information from sites. Conduct research on labor costs, materials and production times. Use software for data analysis, forecasting and maintaining budgets. Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontr-actors or vendors. Create and submit estimate reports or bids. Order materials/ supplies for projects. Assist with project scheduling, tracking, issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting. Schedule preparation and maintenance. Review subcontractor submittals and request for Information (RFI). Provide oversight of general contractor during construction phase activities.
