Lien Minh Group has F/T positions available for Bilingual Trip Staff Guide. Duties are to accompany groups of Vietnamese newcomers on trips, excursions, or outdoor adventures; Provide personalized guidance, support, and assistance tailored to the needs of Vietnamese participants; Communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English to accommodate diverse participants; Organize culturally activities that resonate with Vietnamese culture and traditions; Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, especially focusing on the specific needs of Vietnamese newcomers; Offer emotional support and assistance, addressing any challenges or concerns that Vietnamese newcomers may face during the trip.
