BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Care/Call Center in Helena, MT 59602.

Job Title: Customer Care/Call Center


Duration: 04 Months

Anticipated Start Date: 10/28/2024

Job Type: Contract (Temp to Perm) (40 hrs a week)

Pay Rate: $15 - $16/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Worker Schedule:
Hours: normally 8-5 , M-F, Limited overtime may be required to meet contractual obligations.

Job Description:

Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
* Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
* Gathers information, assesses customer needs, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
* Acts as an advocate for the Medicaid client.
* Educates clients about managed care access, rights and benefits through outreach scripts.
* Check voicemail and Fax routers.
* Complete required assigned training.
* Track daily task for quality review.
* All other duties as assigned.
