Responsibilities:
Verify complex product conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results.
Validate work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, and process standards.
Support inspection and verification of Level C and D work statements, documenting discrepancies and managing non-conforming items.
Conduct product reviews with customers during process verification.
Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming items, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
Expertise in generating all Velocity EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA).
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
8+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or a regulated industry.
A&P License required.
2+ years of experience using Velocity, REDARs, and/or CMES systems.
Experience with composite fabrication, structural work (wing work), wiring, and production testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 1+ year of experience in their application.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with critical path, float, schedule impact, and risk analysis.
Expertise in inspection techniques (visual, tactile, and tool-assisted).
