Job Summary
Manage the development of the SCI academic schedule by collaborating with departments, academic records, academic advising and data team. Provide operational guidance, and data analyses in the development of the academic schedule of classes. Responsible for following best practices for scheduling and adhering to Pitt’s scheduling guidelines. Serve as the subject matter expert on scheduling systems, tools, and technology and ensure that course schedule meets students' academic needs and end users are utilizing those systems, tools and technology effectively and efficiently. Create the development of the academic schedule through conducting data analysis and manage all processes around the academic schedule.

Evaluates business requirements and performs moderately advanced data integration and analysis. Develops moderately advanced analytical and reporting tools utilizing integrated data. Provides technical support.
Moderate physical effort required. May be required to stand/move for several hours at a time. May be required to move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance of equipment.
