Bring your commitment and clinical know-how to a team-based workplace that puts people first. <br></span></p><ul><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Ensure that individuals' treatment plans are consistently implemented by following the treatment plan goals and interventions, building and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with those served, utilizing sound judgment, and seeking out appropriate consultation. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Collaborate with family and treatment team members; educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information when requested. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Utilize appropriate interactional style and maintain dignity and respect towards those served. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Fade prompts appropriately to promote successful independent responding. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Increase the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Review participant progress objectively using behavior analytic methods, identify solutions to barriers, and make recommendations to the supervisor and behavior analyst when needed. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Accurately collect behavioral data as defined in the RBT program as needed. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Complete all clinical and residential documentation in a timely and accurate manner. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Review daily updates such as new programs, access level changes, scheduled sessions, etc. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Ensure proper implementation and retraining as needed by routinely communicating with staff. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Schedule and prepare for leisure activities to keep participants engaged and active when therapy sessions are not taking place. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Participate in training and refreshers from clinical staff on the implementation of program updates to ensure that rehabilitative objectives are achieved. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">A</span>ttend clinical meetings such as access review meetings, clinical team meetings, progress conferences, etc. as assigned. </li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Provide up-to-date residential status of participants and identify problem areas affecting the participant; implement solutions as recommended by the clinical team. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal;">Understand and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with relevant external regulatory guidelines. </span></li></ul><p><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><em>Qualifications: <br></em></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma or equivalent required. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">RBT Credential or desire to work toward obtaining the RBT Credential with guidance provided, and the ability to complete that training and board exam within 30 days from hiring date. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">Two years of completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related field preferred. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">Two years of experience working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury or other individuals with developmental behavior challenges who engage in severe problem behaviors preferred. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">Current CPR/First Aid certification as required by state. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">Current driver's license in good standing, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation for individual receiving services.</span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">Professional, with the ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment and discretion. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly. </span></li><li><span style="white-space: normal; font-size: 10pt;">A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance. </span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 10pt; white-space: normal;"><strong><em>Why Join Us?
