Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Admin/File Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of in-firm experience and be ready to support attorneys and staff in a fast-paced legal environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files.


• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.


• Handle data entry and maintain case management systems.


• Manage front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering phones, and directing calls.


• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.


• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience working in a law firm.


• 
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.


• Proficiency in document management and office software.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.


• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
