Accounting Clerk




Location: Phoenix, Arizona (central)




Temp-to-perm (in-office)



We are seeking an accounting clerk to join a busy invoicing, collections and accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity ideal for an entry level candidate who wants to obtain high volume billing experience within a professional atmosphere and growing team.



Duties:



• Produce client invoices


• Payment posting


• Discrepancy research & Resolve


• Reconciliations


• Assisting AR Team with collections



Qualifications:



• 1 year of accounting support experience


• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook


• Strong attention to detail
