Salary: Depends on Experience

Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking Hematology/Oncology RN's for a position in Durham, NC with one of our biggest clients! New graduates are accepted!



Contract Duration: October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. No weekends or holidays!





Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage side effects and complications of treatment.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Participate in clinical trials and research studies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Administer blood transfusions and other treatments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)


• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in NC


• Associates degree or higher in nursing
