The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems during operational runs. Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.

Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Document run time data and generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment before production runs.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Support team efforts to achieve production goals and quality standards.
