POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the President of Shepherds College and the President of Shepherds Foundation, Inc. with administrive tasks. This position provides a wide range of complex office administration and support to the presidents, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to the successful operation of Shepherds College and Shepherds Foundation, Inc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a conduit of Christ's love in an effort to point others to Jesus through actions and words
Provides a wide range of complex office administration and support to the president, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to the successful operation of Shepherds College and Shepherds Foundation
Serves as the principal administrative contact and liaison to support relations with external and internal contacts, including parents/guardians, politicians, community leaders, donors, staff and students
Oversees all planning for the Presidents' Office, including managing calendars, arrangements for meetings and appointments, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.; coordinate meetings led by either President through the inviting of attendees, preparing of documents, securing adequate meeting space, etc.
Acts as a key liaison to Shepherds' board members including regular communication, preparation for board meetings, and note-taking during the meetings
Receives and responds to mail and email correspondence, prioritizing key communications that require each President's most immediate response, prepares letters for the Presidents, and maintains documentation of personal contacts with donors, board members, etc.
Provides a wide range of support including: developing and maintaining a file system, keyboarding, composing and editing letters, reports, presentations, etc.
Proficient in multiple technical applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, electronic calendar, email, and other applications
Contributes to the successful hosting of events on campus that involve either President, including event invitations and guest lists, arranging for event space, logistics, etc.
Warmly and professionally greets visitors to campus, especially those coming to see either President
Performs other duties related to the administrative support of both President Offices
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Experience as an Administrative Assistant
Bachelor's degree preferred
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication
