Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Must be bilingual(Spanish & English) and have no scheduling restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support up to 150+ employees.
Manage payroll and ensure accurate timecard reporting.
Address personnel issues quickly and effectively.
Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients.
Oversee employee attendance and performance.
Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks.
Maintain accurate customer and employee records.
Customize training and retention programs.
Additional Duties:
Assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
Operate warehouse machinery like Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
