Experience in contractor safety requirements is a plus
Proven experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar HR role and/or Contractor Admin role
Education: Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Conde Group is seeking an organized and empathetic Onboarding Specialist to support the seamless integration of contractor onboarding, training compliance and specialty contractor administration.
Job Description:
Oversee MSA onboarding and recurring deadlines such as TSRs, MSA Renewals and Annual Rate Changes
Assist with the onboarding/offboarding of Vendor/Integrator employees
Conduct orientations and work with Vendor/Integrator Managers to ensure ongoing compliance with PGE Processes
Collaborate with HR and management to create and implement onboarding plans
Provide necessary training and resources to new Vendor/Integrator Staff
Work with Vendor/Integrators to ensure proper Safety Procedures are followed and records filed appropriately (i.e., tailboards, PSSPs, etc.)
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of onboarding, offboarding, training and safety programs for Vendor/Integrator Staff
Facilitate a welcoming and inclusive onboarding experience
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with contracts
Must be able to create and implement comprehensive onboarding/offboarding program
Familiarity with HR software and digital tools (particularly Fieldglass and SAP Tools)
Strong organizational and time management skills
