Responsibilities:
As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for obtaining new business as well as providing service to existing customers
Perform the full sales cycle from generating leads and prospecting to closing and implementing the sale
Acquires new business by identifying and making cold calls and presentations to prospective customers
Focus on establishing relationships both new and current while seeking new clients to purchase our unique offerings
Our Sales Representatives proudly represent the Alta Gama brand, playing an essential role in the company's overall sales strategy
Drives vehicle to sell and deliver products, equipment and supplies to customer to achieve financial targets for route profitability
Solicits existing customers to purchase additional products
Maximize client satisfaction by resolving client issues
Create market analysis for target market sales
Create reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities
Collects payment from customers
Records and maintains sales inventory and delivery information
Maintains proper selection and inventory of products for each customer
May be requested to perform different or additional duties as assigned
Travel Required: Daily travel between company location and customer establishments
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant customer sales and service experience
1+ years experience in Grocery, Wholesale, Retail or field-based sales role, preferred.
Spanish is preferred.
High School Diploma Required
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Experience in food service, restaurants, and sales is a strong positive
Excellent communication skills and organization skills.
Energetic, goal oriented, and competitive with proven examples of initiative and above-average performance
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to work on multiple prospects and maintain multiple accounts, all while constantly focusing on growth
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Driver's license required

Pay: Up to $45,000 per year (salary depends on experience), plus Bonus Performance.
A performance bonus criteria will be provided upon presentation of the job offer and is subject to deductions for taxes or other withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company.
