Information Technology Support Specialist Position
LHH is currently conducting a search for a Information Technology Support Specialist position in Dayton, OH
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming requests from phone, email, and other communication channels and document issues and resolution accurately
Provide support for issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows OS, hardware, software, peripherals, etc.
Provide one on one support to new and existing employees
Serve as back-up to other offices as needed
Resolve issues with printers, wireless setup, email connectivity, company computers and peripheral devices (smart phones/tablets, etc.) on multiple platforms and all other IT related needs as assigned
Qualifications
Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory
Experience with supporting software and application installations
Experience in a high volume ticketing support environment
Two (2) or more years with Desktop Support experience
