Looking for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Office Coordinator to perform a number of administrative tasks. This person will ensure efficient operation of the office environment and provide a good experience to our employees and visitors. Specific duties and responsibilities may include:
Check voicemails daily and direct messages to individuals
Sort Mail/ Shipping
Manage daily check ins for employees
Office meal and snack ordering
Company Announcements/ Celebrations
Assist with onsite meetings (external and internal)
Help with company events
Expense reporting
Assist with employee requests
Office supply ordering
Employee gifting / ordering
