You would be responsible for: Greeting guests and answering questions regarding the check-in process. Assisting guests with check-in, locating rooms, and resolving issues with door codes or entry. Communicating with guests, including answering the phone and responding to messages on the internal guest messaging system. Responding to guest requests for additional services or amenities. Cleaning and tidying common areas. Completing a periodic perimeter walk around the property to assist guests and/or address other concerns. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with in-person customer service. Previous sales experience. Strong verbal and writing communication skills. Comfortable using technology such as smartphones and tablets. Friendly and outgoing demeanor. Ability to work alone and stay on task. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and climb stairs.
