Join our dynamic and growing tree care company as a Business Development and Client Service Lead! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Client Service Lead to join our team. This position will identify new clients through networking, cold calling and establishing and maintaining a network of established and high net worth individuals and clients in the peninsula area. In this role, you will be expected to identify and generate sales leads, write bids and proposals for clients and schedule work as appropriate. Also, will partner with management to identify, create and implement new and effective strategies for growing Urban Tree Management's existing client base and footprint and will be expected to present and deliver on new marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Business Development: Identifying and generating new client leads through networking, cold calling, and establishing a network of high net worth individuals and clients in the peninsula area.
Client Service: Maintaining and servicing the existing client base to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Sales and Proposals: Writing bids and proposals for clients and scheduling work as appropriate.
Strategic Planning: Partnering with management to identify, create, and implement new strategies for growing Urban Tree Management's client base and footprint.
Marketing: Presenting and delivering new marketing strategies to enhance the company's presence.
Professional Representation: Representing Urban Tree Management at industry events and with business contacts professionally, reflecting executive poise and presence.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a sole producer role required.
Prior experience working in the tree care, arboriculture, horticulture or landscaping industry experience preferred.
Prior experience working with high net worth clients and maintaining discretion and confidentiality required.
Prior experience working with a CRM required.
Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR record required.
