This group handles state and federal appellate proceedings and provides trial and litigation support. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of prior appellate experience, either at a law firm or as a judicial law clerk. The candidate must:
have excellent writing and analytical skills;
possess great time-management and communication skills;
enjoy working in a team-oriented environment;
be detail oriented;
be able to handle numerous projects at once in a wide variety of cases, some on an emergency basis; and
have verifiable relevant work experience.
