SNI Companies is looking for an Customer Service Success Representative to work for our small growing client in far north Fort Worth. This is a contract to hire position offering a great family friendly culture, benefits and competitive pay.
Primary Responsibility:
Fulfill customer waste needs and provide excellent customer service.
Pursue new customer leads
Understand potential customer's waste needs
Develop a customized waste management plan for the customer
Create bids to provide the customer the pricing for the waste management plan
Set up new leads as customers
Ensure all necessary documentation to begin servicing a new customer is in place internally and externally
Verify initiation of services is running smoothly
Maintain current customer relationships
Respond to email and phone call requests from customers
Provide necessary reporting for customers
Check customer invoices for accuracy prior to sending
Advise customer on adjustments to the waste plan that would be most efficient and cost effective
