We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager in the Northern California area.
Job Duties:
Responsible for construction safety and quality on projects.
Take a project from site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.
Responsible for the quality of client services, utilization of staff, marketing, office reputation, contract management, billing collection, and project profitability for telecom projects.
Initiate and review proposals and sale activities as well as leads and may participate in interviews and presentations.
Supervise Construction Managers and Coordinators.
Perform work with the preparation of zoning and construction drawings.
Full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project, scope, schedule, design, quality and staff.
Maintain and enforce the company's safety program and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
Conduct and coordinate engineering reviews, material take offs and coordinates procurement and delivery according to schedule and procurement.
Maintain positive relationships with current and past clients.
Represent NRCI Telecom at meetings and on job sites relative to assigned projects.
Qualifications:
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
5+ years of wireless telecommunications.
3+ years of progressive Project Management experience.
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
