Job Description:

PATH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Montebello, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that orders are shipped in a timely manner, adhering to all retail compliance guidelines. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Location: On-site in Montebello, CA
  • Reports To: Senior Operations Manager
  • Compensation: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Routing: Route orders promptly through customer and/or carrier retailer websites, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
  • Scheduling: Schedule outbound loads for pickup and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Shipping Schedule Management: Update shipping schedules daily, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Warehouse Management: Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the status of orders, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Documentation: Create Bills of Lading, Pick Tickets, and Packing Lists as needed to support shipping operations.
  • Compliance Management: Distribute vendor compliance requirements and ensure that all teams understand and adhere to their roles related to shipping.
  • Order Accuracy: Review daily open orders for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to all sales and customer inquiries within 4 hours via email and/or telephone, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend all team meetings and proactively contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Support: Support all operational and administrative needs as they relate to serving our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a shipping department is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with routing orders for major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, and CVS.
