Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for motivated, hard-working professionals to join our growing Technical Support team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
  • Potential candidates should possess strong customer service skills with the ability to provide technical support over the phone and through online chat to their commercial customers.
  • These individuals will be responsible for supporting an advanced ELITE laptop platform.
  • The job includes competitive pay, in-depth technical training, excellent culture & environment, and strong opportunities for career advancement and development within the technology industry.

Required Skills:
  • PC Hardware knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong phone support experience
  • Strong computer skills within a Microsoft/Windows environment
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Desire to learn and advance career quickly

Location: Hybrid(Rio Rancho, NM)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $25,000 - $30,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skill, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
