About the Role

If you are currently P&C licensed, have experience working within Commercial Insurance, and have a passion for new business sales, you could be a great fit for this team! We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our US Sales team, where you'll be responsible for writing new business accounts and driving forward exponential growth within our key channels.
As a Business Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for managing and executing on a defined sales plan, driving business through inbound and outbound opportunities. Our primary product offerings include General Liability, Worker's Compensation and Commercial Auto.
Location: Charlotte-based (hybrid work environment, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Education & Experience
Insurance Diploma/Post-Secondary education in Insurance or equivalent experience
Registered P&C insurance license in good standing required
Experience in managing leads through a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
Spanish speaking (an asset)

Efficiently navigate insurance coverage options for our clients, driving forward Foxquilt's product suite

Promote client loyalty through strong attention to detail, and relationship building
You proactively set priorities and manage workflows to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate purchase journey
