Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant (IT Focus) will provide administrative support to the IT department, assist in the coordination of IT-related projects, and ensure efficient operation of IT systems and processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the IT department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of IT projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize IT documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and project plans.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper documentation.
Help Desk Support: Assist in providing first-level technical support to staff, logging issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT personnel.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that arise.
System Maintenance: Assist with routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates and backups, under the guidance of IT professionals.
Data Management: Support data entry, data cleansing, and data analysis tasks as required by the IT department.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT operations and data security.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or IT support role is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with IT systems and software, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
