Key Responsibilities:
Prepare precise cost estimates and evaluate project inquiries.
Manage subcontractor relations, including coverage, scoping, and proposal leveling.
Lead project estimation, value management, client interactions, and preconstruction processes.
Support sustainable design and communicate environmental benefits to clients.
Delegate and review work on complex projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
Experience in healthcare and life sciences construction.
Proven ability to meet or exceed profit targets.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
