Job Description:
Techinical Skills Required:
- IT troubleshooting, knowledge of network infrastructure- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Knowledge of Microsoft PCs & Servers
- Knowledge of support like Service Now, CyberArk, Remote Desktop, SQL Database experience
- Experience with various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.) for server and application support.
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automating routine tasks
- Experience with SQL queries and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
Soft Skills Required:- Strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, punctual and dependable
