Select is looking for a Customer Success Manager to fulfill our brandhub platform commitments to our clients. The ideal candidate will represent brandhub internally & externally to partners and clients, while actively engaging with customers and service partners to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities: • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver creative outcomes for our clients. • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across Accounts, Creative, Product, Production, brandhub Service Development and Finance teams. • Manage Support Inquiries & Facilitate Resolution or Escalations. • Engage clients using Select's growing suite of marketing technology products.
Requirements: • Ability to manage several overlapping projects simultaneously. • Self-starter who values collaboration and feedback. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. • Professional & proactive communication skills. • Comfortable leading presentations & onboarding training calls virtually.
