Assist the marketing team with the preparation of materials such as property flyers, offering memorandums, and pitch decks to support overall marketing & sales efforts
Update and maintain information databases, along with market research
Provide transaction support to brokers
Schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries
Generates standard and ad hoc reports when required
Gathers supporting documentation to process Brokers' commission payments
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience
1+ years of real estate experience
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (1+ YOE)
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred
