We are offering an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a Principal Consultant to lead a cutting-edge MES/eBR project. This role is based in the vibrant city of Boston, MA, where you will work at the forefront of innovative solutions within the life sciences industry.

As the Principal Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the success of this critical project. Your primary focus will be on:
Project Leadership: Oversee and guide the MES/eBR project from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with Senior Stakeholders: Use your excellent communication skills to engage with senior management and strategic suppliers, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional technical teams and systems owners, integrating efforts across manufacturing operations and process control to drive seamless execution.
Timely Execution: Thrive under tight timelines, managing and mitigating project risks to deliver successful outcomes within specified time frames.
What We're Looking For:
Expertise in MES/eBR Systems: Proven track record in leading MES/eBR projects, ideally within highly regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior management, stakeholders, and strategic suppliers.
Collaboration Across Teams: Experience working in cross-functional teams, integrating processes and systems in manufacturing and process control environments.
Results-Oriented Mindset: Strong ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results within strict deadlines.
