Insight Global is looking for a Facility Condition Assessor/Building Inspector for one of our clients in Oregon. This will be a remote position but will include 30-40% travel to the buildings that need assessments. Travel will be throughout the state of Oregon. Job responsibilities include:
Applying your knowledge of building condition assessment processes and technical standards in performing building evaluations inclusive of but not limited to Facility Condition Assessments, accessibility assessments, mechanical equipment evaluations, space planning, and other technical services associated with capital planning of commercial, institutional, and/or municipal facilities. This role will primarily be inspecting K-12 schools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience in the field
3+ years of experience with Facility Condition Assessments/Building Inspections
