Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced On-Premise SharePoint Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our two On-premise SharePoint environments. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and Microsoft's best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the on-premise SharePoint environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor system health and performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Manage SharePoint permissions and security settings.
Manage Active Directory security groups.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement SharePoint solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay current with SharePoint updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
CompTIA Security + CE license.
TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator / Developer.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2019 architecture and administration.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Active Directory.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
SharePoint certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid).
Knowledge of SharePoint Online and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of SharePoint development and customization.
Knowledge of third-party custom form solutions (e.g., KwizCom)
