Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at Shaw Insurance Agency in Hurst, TX. The role will entail providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their insurance needs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, cross-selling and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Will also assist current agents in quoting and selling new business.
