The Coordinator of Career Services manages the College's career services program, acting as a liaison to the local business community and a resource for faculty on labor market trends and internship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee career advertising and planning for students.
Maintain the Career Services webpage, OwlNet, and My Academic tab.
Provide career advising and teach courses in job search strategies and career exploration.
Assist with student advising and manage career services operations, including learning outcomes assessments.
Supervise Career Specialists and update materials through College Central Network.
Build relationships with local businesses to expand student employment and internship opportunities.

Residency Requirement:
Employees, including online instructors, must reside in Maryland or contiguous states (DE, PA, VA, WV, DC). Relocation may be required for non-residents.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree.
3+ years of experience in career services or a related field.
