We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Order Entry specialist for our USA Wine Imports division of MHW. In this position, you will be an integral member of our team, directly supporting our portfolios' daily business operations and enabling their success. While the position is remote, we are specifically seeking candidates based in the Greater New York area to accommodate occasional in-person trainings. Major Responsibilities:
The position invoices extensive data entry
Meticulous attention to detail is required
Process and enter orders
Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment activities as required
Resolve issues/inquiries from clients (e.g., delivery error)
Communicate with inventory dept. to confirm warehouse reports of inventory shortage
Communicate with Compliance department re: state regulatory requirements
Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
An exhibited passion for customer service (patience & understanding)
Demonstrated success in delivering results & proactively overcoming obstacles
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Committed to being a team player
Capable and interested in building relationships with team and clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
Familiarity working in an ERP system

1-2+ data entry and/or customer service is helpful
Knowledge and interest with wine is a plus
