Our large life insurance client is hiring for a billing support analyst to join their team. They will be responsible for responding to various policyholder billing inquiries. This includes daily systems transactions to update policyholder coverage or demographic data, as well as, the research, resolution, and response to policyholder billing concerns such as statement clarification or simple to complex billing discrepancies. They will be dealing with employee level changes for their in force policy holders. This is a very analytical position, and a strong candidate will be someone who is comfortable working in a high volume environment.
This is a HYBRID position. Required to be in office 3 days a week (Tues & Wed mandatory, chose 3rd day), WFH 2 days
