A crypto hedge-fund/single-family office, based in Manhattan, New York is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founder alongside their current EA. The Founder is an incredibly successful trader who has made triple digit returns for multiple years and is now looking to expand his immediate team.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work alongside driven and inspiring individuals; and have first-hand exposure to a fast-growing international company. You will serve as a key point of contact in ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO's schedule, anticipating needs, and supporting various personal and professional initiatives.
This role is based in their NYC office, where much of the client-facing work takes place. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with the CEO and firm's key clients.
The successful candidate will be a graduate from a top university and have at least 1 years' experience supporting C-level executives or UHNW individuals.
They are looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive and mindset, who is not afraid of hard work and who is happy to take on any task, big or small, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
While extensive experience is not necessary, we are looking for someone who is willing to work extended hours and will be compensated appropriately for their time and effort. The candidate will be expected to work in the office five days a week.
