Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the president of a commercial credit collections company on a full-time, on-site basis in Carle Place, NY. Responsibilities include: - Provide administrative support to the president, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. - Assist in the preparation and processing of credit collection documents and reports. - Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing client inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members. - Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
