Job Description:

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit for an Executive Assistant for a family owned luxury custom homebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a client that truly values the relationships they have built with their clients and their reputation within the community. This position will be onsite based in Wayzata, Minnesota.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Owner's expense reports
  • Scheduling of meetings on owner's calendar
  • Scheduling travel
  • Print emails and attachments for owner
  • Attend meetings with owner and take notes

Requirements:
  • 5+ years Administrative Assistant experience
  • Ability to travel on occasion
  • ???Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • Valid drivers license
  • Working vehicle and insurance
  • US citizen or work permit
