Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit for an Executive Assistant for a family owned luxury custom homebuilder. This position will be onsite based in Wayzata, Minnesota.

Principal Responsibilities:
Owner's expense reports
Scheduling of meetings on owner's calendar
Scheduling travel
Print emails and attachments for owner
Attend meetings with owner and take notes
Requirements:
5+ years Administrative Assistant experience
Ability to travel on occasion
???Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly Proficient in MS Office including Excel
Associates degree or higher is preferred
Valid drivers license
Working vehicle and insurance
US citizen or work permit
