Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
• Help to plan and execute mouse in vivo studies including immunizations, titer check and efficacy testing
• Generate and maintain mammalian cell lines for internal and external projects
• Perform mammalian cell transfections, lentivirus productions and transductions
• Perform flow cytometry for binding assays, immunophenotyping and cell-based functional assays
• Perform ELISA/MSD to determine antibody titers in immunized mice and to quantify cytokine levels in cell supernatants from primary cell-based functional assays
• Perform in vitro assays, including primary human immune cell isolation, culture and differentiation
• Conduct independent data analysis contributing to scientific discussion and presentations
• Collaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in biology or a similar discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biology
• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with mice, especially euthanasia & tissue collection
• Some experience or knowledge of flow cytometry and ELISA is highly desired
• Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent organization/planning skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Quick ability to learn scientific knowledge and experimental techniques
• Diligent, self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally
