As an Regional District Manager, you'll be the leader of a major business enterprise while leading multiple locations in metro markets. You'll have the opportunity to hire and motivate an amazing team in various roles, from sales to service. What you'll do:
Lead multiple branch sales and operations activities, including fleet management
Ensure outstanding customer service, productivity and profitability
Responsible for market share penetration
Hire, build and motivate a great team, including performance management, training, development and recognition
Monitor location and function performance using available tools
Develop a strong safety culture and oversee audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8-10 years of successful business management experience with oversight of multiple units, with profit and loss responsibility
5+ years of supervisory experience and proven sales and customer service success
Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
Strong presentation skills, ability to present to all levels in the company
Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on negotiating, collaborating and conflict resolution.
Strong analytical skills; metrics oriented
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to travel to branches across multi-state territory 2-3 weeks per month
Competitive, will to win spirit
Must be able to build teams
Experience and proven relationship builder
Preferred minimum 8-10 years in the trench shoring industry
Willing to relocate to Kansas City or surrounding area
This position is based out of Kansas City, MO. Relocation assistance will be offered.
Pay: $125,000.00 to $200,000.00 + per year with total package & experience
