Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Lefavor Envelope Company in Salt Lake City, UT. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling multi-task and deal well under busy situations. Must have great communication and customer service skills. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Production/Printing knowledge preferred.

Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of envelope manufacturing or printing industry is beneficial
