Tabletop Tycoon is currently seeking a diligent Sales & Support Associate to join our Front of House team.
By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Sales and Support Associate ensures our customers know what games they should buy, works to ensure our games are sold into all markets through a variety of channels, and provides support for customers each day. Our customers range from large wholesale accounts to individual consumers. By keeping our games in front of buyers and closing sales, this role is responsible for getting games to tables all over the world and ensuring folks have their needs met so they can enjoy them.
The ideal candidate will have a history of 5+ years of professional experience excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.
Keep clear and current daily for all front of house correspondence.
Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries from our support tickets.
Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries from retail, wholesale, and localizer customers.
Proactively reach out to customers to localize our entire catalog of games, to sell our product worldwide, and to maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
Check-in monthly with every wholesale customer on stock levels and sales, and capture that data for the sales process.
Proactively reach out to wholesale customers across the globe to keep our products available for customers worldwide.
Manage sales and inventory levels on multiple platforms for direct-to-consumer sales (Examples: Shopify, Amazon, TCGPlayer, etc).
Consider and propose new channels and opportunities to explain our wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales opportunities.
Travel to conventions to promote brands and sell products. Travel is anticipated to be between three to four (3-5) shows each year.
This is a full-time, five-day-a-week, hourly position, located in New Hampshire. Our office hours are 8:00-17:00 Monday through Friday with a one-hour unpaid break at 13:00.
An ideal candidate will have most of the following attributes:
Experience in Sales, Customer Service and various online sales channels
A dauntless work ethic and the ability to exercise excellent professional judgment on a variety of projects and content
Adaptable and able to internalize and take action on a vast amount of information
Positive team player energized by face-to-face communication and the camaraderie of working with our team to achieve tangible results
Extremely helpful, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and better themselves
Highly organized, detail oriented, and eminently responsible
Technologically savvy and especially comfortable with spreadsheets and G Suite
Excellent communication and follow up skills, especially in person and via phone and email
